During my stay at The Oriental Albay, I was impressed by the delicious breakfast options. Although it wasn't a buffet like I expected, the plated breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The staff was also very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time during our stay. Best aspects were the friendly staff, clean and well-maintained facilities, delicious breakfast, and stunning view. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also had convenient parking and transportation options.
Not obvious to find.

The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, but there were no tables or sofas, making it hard to store luggage. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, but no bathrobes or slippers were provided. Breakfast was plated, but the dinner and lunch buffet was satisfactory. the pool had a nice view, and the spa was exceptional.
Sadly, there was a terrible odor throughout the hotel, particularly on the first two floors, which we could not bear.

The staff, breakfast, room, and price were all exceptional at The Oriental Albay. The staff was accommodating and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was amazing. The price was worth it, making it a great overall experience.

Convenient location and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a strategic area, close to many restaurants and business centers. The staff is also very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist you with your needs. They offer shuttle services to nearby airports and tourist destinations, which is a plus. The rooms are also well-maintained, clean, and comfortable.
Strong odor and limited food options. The hotel had a strong unpleasant odor, mainly in the lower floors. The food options were also limited, and the prices were quite expensive compared to other nearby establishments. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was not stable, which can be inconvenient for business travelers who need to stay connected.

The hotel's location was great, it was really close to the center of the city and easy to get around. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions we had. We appreciated the fact that they had a good Wi-Fi connection and provided clean towels every day.
The lack of cleanliness in the rooms. the bathrooms were dirty, and there were stains on the bed covers.
